Ignacio Creek Homeowners Association is located in Novato, California about two miles west of US 101 along Ignacio Blvd., adjacent to the College of Marin's Indian Valley Campus. We are a planned unit development consisting of 79 two and three bedroom townhomes with a pool, two tennis courts, and a clubhouse facility. We have many historic Oak trees over 14 acres. Ignacio Creek runs from the nearby College of Marin campus through the Association property.
