Club House

Our clubhouse contains a spacious meeting area with new carpeting, and a full kitchen with oven, cooktop and refrigerator.

Members of the Ignacio Creek Homeowners Association may rent the clubhouse without charge. A $200 refundable security/cleaning deposit is required.  This deposit will be refunded upon return of the clubhouse key and cleanup after the event. If you would like to reserve the clubhouse, please complete the following form and submit it to the HOA Office (300 Indian Way).

Also, please advise your guests of the following:

• Guests must park on Ignacio Blvd during the event
• Guests are not permitted to use the pool/deck – which is reserved for HOA owners and residents
• Use of the fireplace for wood burning is not permitted.  (Note: The HOA is looking into activating the gas burners for the fireplace.)
